Espresso-rubbed pork tenderloin to highlight five-course dinner

Tequila Corralejo will be featured in a pairing dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Border Grill at Mandalay Bay. The five-course dinner is $150, or $75 for members of the Border Grill VIP Club and will have an entree of espresso-rubbed pork tenderloin.
