Aces (yes, we know, just like Reno’s Triple-A baseball team), is finally gone leaving Scorpions in the finals to be the reader-picked name for Las Vegas’ NHL team.
Today, your remaining choice is between Bighorns (Nevada’s state animal, in case you’re wondering why) and Outlaws (yes, like that football team we had once).
As one last reminder, whichever team wins this will in no way effect the name Bill Foley picks for the team. Foley has previously stated he has had trouble with trademarks around his favored name, Knights, but this is all for fun.
With that in mind, let’s wrap this up between today’s vote and the final round tomorrow!
Reminder: Polls close at 5 p.m.
