Where’s the pot money promised for education in Nevada?

To Tom Keller, who suggests that our schools may have to be funded by California-type taxes (Tuesday letter): Where are the millions raised in the taxes through pot sales? Our government is stealing from our kids’ funds, and no one is really questioning this and asking where the money is.
