Time to crack down on Las Vegans with out-of-state license plates

Thousands of California license plates are seen in residential neighborhoods and in employee parking lots — even at government buildings. These are Nevada residents. They contribute nothing to the cost of our roads that are paid for through registration fees. Those who pay Nevada registration fees carry the cost.

The constable’s office used to handle dealing with these full-time residents. Who enforces the DMV rules now?
