Why not set up an easy system to send the offender’s car license number to some data bank for record to help in future punishments?
Add to those federal rules and regulations all the city, county and state mandates and we have a hugely burdensome regulatory process that is a real business killer.
We are, after all, the driest state in the nation.
So when someone finally gets a job opportunity but it is ripped away due to discrimination, there should be endless opportunities to report this — to report the illegal act of biased business owners taking food out of the mouths of our children.

No matter how I crunch the numbers, I still can’t justify ‘budgeting’ an iPhone/data plan/apps/loss/damage/theft into a rational budget for an impoverished citizen.
Have every able-bodied person who receives unearned government support earn it. Have them become classroom monitors/mentors.
As a teacher, you work very hard, have to manage many volatile situations and do not get paid much for it. With a strong union behind you, you feel supported and protected.
I’ve never met one person who actually supports this.
So, why don’t people start lobbying and marching for “Congresscare”?
