I want to thank you for recognizing the greatest political cartoonist of all time (“Taking his talents, pen to Las Vegas,” Sunday Review-Journal). I have cut out and passed his cartoons on many times.
Why not invest in programs that have success stories and that work rather than fund the same old, same old system that has not been successful and will continue to flounder?
