LETTER: Turn off the school zone lights

When is someone going to take the Clark County School District to task for running its flashing lights when kids are not in school? Is it just to remind people that the schools are there even if they are not being utilized, or is an entrapment technique to support the school police? If our kids cannot go to school, turn off the lights.
