In reference to the Saturday front-page headline “We Champs,” it would seem appropriate to respond to the Las Vegas Aces in the following manner: “I happy for you.”
But lose the grammar police.

Maybe an enthusiastic investigative journalist could find the link to how, during the summer of fun, a pallet of bricks was suddenly delivered to the protesters.
Consumers need protection from companies trying to take advantage, and our government is the only institution that can protect the purchaser.
Those arrested on campus for breaking the law should be given a choice: Thirty days in jail and a criminal record or a garbage bag and gloves.
Many of us look forward to the A’s arriving and appreciate the confidence owner John Fisher has in the Las Vegas area. We will work to make the team successful.
Listen to the evidence that will be presented at Donald Trump’s trials before reaching any conclusions. And remember that those giving the most damning testimony will likely be Republicans.
How can we ask the federal government for additional funds to fight the drought when we keep pulling billions of gallons of water out of the Colorado River, which feeds Lake Mead?
Don’t expect law-breaking protesters to be punished.
Do we want both Albertsons and Kroger to go out of business?
Woke administrators vs. spoiled students.
If demonstrators don’t go to class, fail them.
