v2 I could not agree more with Richard Hirst’s Saturday letter. Something needs to change with the Clark County School District. I have lived here for 37 years, and the district has been a bottom performer for as long as I can remember. Throwing money at it has not worked. We need new leadership and to connect teacher pay to performance. The children are the ones who are losing.
