LETTER: Money for IRS agents but not for the border

The recently passed “Inflation Reduction Act” provided for 87,000 new IRS agents, but did not provide for one more Border Patrol agent nor one more immigration judge. More importantly, it did not provide for any of the burial costs for the 700-plus immigrants who have died crossing our “closed” borders. I think that expresses, quite perfectly, exactly what this administration’s intentions are, don’t you?
