LETTER: How many school tragedies can we endure?

We must realize that school shootings will happen again and again, and we must better protect our children. Gun laws won’t do it. We need safety entries with guards checking backpacks, etc. It’s time … period. I don’t want to see another balloon or teddy bear laying in the ground. Just do it.
