Clark County pools ready to open for summer

Clark County will open eight pools and water parks Memorial Day weekend, kicking off the beginning of summer fun.

Residents can enjoy swimming at the following pools and water parks from noon to 6 p.m. all weekend: Desert Breeze Water Park at 8275 W. Spring Mountain Road, Hollywood Water Park at 1550 S. Hollywood Blvd., Cambridge Water Park at 3930 Cambridge St., Paradise Water Park at 4770 Harrison Drive, Parkdale Water Park at 3200 Ferndale St. and Walnut Water Park at 3085 Cecile Ave.

The county’s water parks feature slides, fountains, play areas, zero-depth entry for young swimmers and shade on the pool deck for those taking a break.
