Wildburger provides patrons flavor, variety and flexibility

It makes sense that a place called Wildburger would have as its slogan “Eat Meat.”

The restaurant at 1901 N. Rancho Drive inside Wildfire Rancho boasts that it uses 100 percent fresh Angus beef and that the burger patties are hand-formed. All burgers – including veggie and turkey, too – are a half-pound before cooking.

This newest of three Wildfire Gaming restaurant outlets opened in April (the others are at Wildfire Boulder and Wildfire Casino & Lanes), allowing customers to build their own burgers.

“This is a quick, casual burger joint. We cater to everyone and encourage people to bring their kids,” says Christian Geier, Wildfire food and beverage director.

Wildburger at Wildfire Rancho seats 100 people inside and 100 outside. The kitchen is open 24/7, with the dining room open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Food is available around-the-clock at the casino bar.
