JERRY’S FAMOUS COFFEE SHOP

Jerry’s Famous Coffee Shop inside Jerry’s Nugget, 1821 Las Vegas Blvd. North, plans to serve Easter dining specials from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. April 20. All entrees are served with a choice of salad or soup. Specials are stuffed shrimp ($9.89), honey pecan chicken salad ($10.29), roasted leg of lamb ($17.89), chicken Oscar ($18.89) and blue cheese-crusted New York strip steak with bacon-wrapped shrimp ($18.89).

TERRA VERDE

Terra Verde in Green Valley Ranch Resort, 2300 Paseo Verde Parkway, plans an Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner at 4:30 p.m. April 20.

The entree is Alaskan black cod, spring onion coulis, sunchokes, baby carrots, rock shrimp and baby dill for $49.

Brunch is $49.95 for adults and $16.95 for children 11 or younger.

HANK’S FINE STEAKS

Hank’s Fine Steaks in Green Valley Ranch Resort, 2300 Paseo Verde Parkway, plans to serve an Easter menu from 5 to 10 p.m. The entree is braised lamb shoulder with purple potato puree, roasted cauliflower and lamb jus for $32.

Terra Rosa in Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to serve an Easter menu from 2 to 9 p.m. April 20.

Entree choices are cavatelli pasta with turbto, fresh herbs and early spring tomatoes ragout for $32 or braised lamb shank over balsamic swiss chard with gnocchi for $42.

T-BONES CHOPHOUSE

T-Bones Chophouse in Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to serve Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner at 5 p.m. April 20. The Easter Bunny is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon, and egg hunts are set for noon and 2 p.m.

THE ORLEANS

The Orleans, 4500 W. Tropicana Ave., plans Easter dining specials for April 20.

Canal Street plans to serve a three-course menu from 5 to 10 p.m. for $42. Entree choices are steak au poivre or lobster and shrimp duet.

The Prime Rib Loft plans to serve a three-course menu from 5 to 10 p.m. for $30. Entree choices are rib-eye steak or seafood-stuffed salmon.

The Coasta Cantina plans to serve a three-course menu for $16.99 from 4 to 10 p.m. Entree choices are salmon Puerto Vallarta or chicken alambre.

Courtyard Cafe plans to serve a three-course menu for $13.95 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Entree choices are New Zealand baby lamb chops or Land & Sea special with New York strip steak and jumbo fried shrimp.

The French Market Buffet will serve a special menu, including New York sirloin of beef and additional carving station favorites for $16.99 for B Connected card holders and $20.99 without a card.

THE SUNCOAST

The Suncoast, 9090 Alta Drive, plans to serve a special menu in the Oyster Bar for $19.99, with jumbo shrimp pasta.

Cafe Siena plans to serve leg of lamb or honey-glazed ham with sides for $12.99.

Coasta Cantina plans to offer a special menu for $19 with entree choices of sole fish filet and shrimp or rib-eye steak.

SC Prime plans to serve several menu options with entree choices of grilled filet mignon and coconut shrimp for $39, rosemary mustard-crusted New Zealand lamb rack for $38 or grilled Alaskan salmon for $32.

The St. Tropez Buffet plans to offer three carving stations: American, with prime rib of beef, glazed ham and turkey breast; seafood, with broiled herb salmon and mini seafood Wellington; and Mexican, with South of the Border skirt steak and chicken. The cost is $13.99 for B Connected card holders and $18.99 without a card.

Sam’s Town, 5111 Boulder Highway, plans to offer a special entree of pan-seared scallops for $27 from 3 p.m. to close in Billy Bob’s Steakhouse.

Willy & Jose’s Cantina plans a special entree of tampiquena (rib-eye steak topped with roasted Anaheim chili salsa) for $17 from 3 p.m. to close.

During April, Willy & Jose’s Cantina’s Margarita of the Month will be the Roasted Blueberry Basil Margarita.

Jokers Wild Casino, 920 N. Boulder Highway in Henderson, plans to serve a traditional Easter dinner with baked ham in The Court Cafe for $9.99 from 11 a.m. to close.

ELDORADO CASINO

Eldorado Casino, 140 S. Water St. in Henderson, plans to serve a traditional Easter dinner with baked ham in Mary’s Diner for $8.99 from 11 a.m. to close.

VIA BRASIL STEAKHOUSE

Via Brasil Steakhouse, 1225 S. Fort Apache Road, plans to serve an Easter rodizio brunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and dinner from 2 to 8 p.m. April 20.

The three-course brunch will feature more than 50 items, eight meats, breads, made-to-order omelets, waffles and dessert for $34.99.

Dinner will have 16 meats, gourmet salad bar and sides for $39.99 or more than 21 meats for $48.99.

On Easter Sunday, children 7 to 12 dine for $24.99, while children 5 and 6 dine for $4.99 and children 4 or younger dine for free.

SOUTH POINT

Coronado Cafe at the South Point, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to serve a three-course menu and a choice of cocktail for $14.95 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Entree choices are roasted leg of lamb or honey-glazed ham.

Baja Miguel’s plans to serve a three-course menu and a house margarita for $19.95 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Entree choices are red snapper Mazatlan or chuletas nortenas.

Don Vito’s Italian plans to serve a three-course menu from 4 to 9 p.m. with entree choices of braised lamb shanks ($35), halibut Vito’s ($33) or chicken milanaise ($31).

Primarily Prime Rib plans to serve a three-course menu from 2 to 9 p.m. and a choice of cocktail for $29. Entree choices are honey baked ham, breast of spring chicken, grilled tilapia Mediterranean, prime rib of beef, moussaka or filet medallions.

Silverado Steak House plans to serve a four-course menu and a choice of cocktail for $55 from 4 to 10 p.m. Entree choices are bourbon-glazed ham, grilled chicken breast, pork tenderloin, braised lamb shanks, red snapper Rockefeller or filet.

A champagne brunch buffet is planned in the Garden Buffet from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $16.95 with a Casino Club Card and $19.95 without a card for guests 21 or older. Special items are set to include chicken Angelo, seared salmon, chipotle-rubbed pork medallions and house-smoked pork back ribs.

A dinner buffet is planned from 4 to 9 p.m. for the same price. Special items are set to include carving stations with roasted leg of lamb, prime rib and rotisserie chicken.

FLEMING’S PRIME STEAKHOUSE

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar at Town Square Las Vegas, 6515 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to serve a three-course brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 20. The cost is $39.95, $18.95 for children 11 or younger, and each party will receive a $25 dining card for a future visit.

MARIE CALLENDER’S

Marie Callender’s is offering an Easter/Spring Feast to take home, starting at $49.99. Offerings include ham or turkey with sides (serves up to six people) or a combination of the two with sides (serves up to eight people). Whole turkey and/or ham feasts also are available. A Brunch Feast is $49.99 and serves up to 10 people.

ARIZONA CHARLIE’S DECATUR

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, 740 S. Decatur Blvd., plans to serve a special Easter menu from 3 to 8 p.m. April 20 in Ron’s Steakhouse. The Frisco Market Buffet plans special Easter items, including leg of lamb, prime rib and ham at the carving station and deviled and Easter eggs.

ARIZONA CHARLIE’S BOULDER

Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, 4575 Boulder Highway, plans to serve a special menu from 3 to 9 p.m. April 20 in Yukon Grille, with entree choices of leg of lamb with garlic mashed potatoes and mint salad or honey-glazed ham with mashed sweet potatoes. RAMPART CASINO

Ceres plans to feature an Easter brunch April 20, with seatings at 9 and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for $52 for adults and $24 for children (children 4 or younger eat free). The Promenade Cafe plans to feature a $7.99 honey-glazed ham dinner (soup or salad additional $1.99) from 3 to 11 p.m. daily in April. A three-course Easter dinner is planned from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. April 20 for $16.99.

The Rampart Buffet plans to feature Passover items from 4 to 9 p.m. April 14 and 15. An all-day Easter brunch is planned from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. April 20, with breakfast items until 3 p.m. Cost is $18.99 per person and $16.99 for Resort Rewards club card holders. Children 4 to 7 eat for half price, and children 3 or younger eat free.

FEAST BUFFETS

Feast Buffets plan to feature specialty items for Passover from the evening of April 14 through the evening of April 15 (also available at breakfast and lunch). Items include matzo ball soup, roast brisket, potato latkes, salmon and dried figs, hard-boiled eggs and chopped chicken liver.

HOUSE OF BLUES GOSPEL BRUNCH

The House of Blues at Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to host an Easter-themed Kirk Franklin’s Gospel Brunch on April 20, with seatings at 9 a.m., noon and 3 p.m. Children will receive a basket with Easter eggs filled with prizes and treats, and the Easter Bunny is set to make an appearance for photos. A raffle is planned for upcoming House of Blues performances.

Along with gospel music, the all-you-can-eat brunches feature Southern specialties such as cornbread muffins and maple butter, Creole chicken, shrimp jambalaya, chicken and waffles, carving stations and create-your-own Bloody Mary and mimosa bars.
