A new bloody mary bar is being offered during brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays at Postrio at the Grand Canal Shoppes, 3377 Las Vegas Blvd. South. It includes a choice of base spirit (vodka, gin or tequila), traditional and seasonal bloody mary mixes (such as strawberry balsamic and roasted tomatillo) and toppings including candied bacon, popcorn shrimp and pickled okra. Pho at The Coffee Shop at Treasure Island, 3300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has introduced a $15 lunch special available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. It includes an appetizer; rare beef pho, chicken pho or sauteed beef with lemongrass and vermicelli; and a soft drink or iced tea.

And the Mojito Bar in the Treasure Island’s Seafood Shack is continuing Mojito Month through the end of August. Choices include Mermaid (strawberry), Siren’s Delight (grapefruit), Pirate’s Peach and house muddled. They’re $6 each. …

Tickets are on sale for the Las Vegas Wine &Food Festival from 9 p.m. to midnight Sept. 5 and 6 at Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd. More than 100 chefs are expected to participate, and all proceeds will be donated to the James Beard Foundation. Mercadito at Red Rock Resort serves lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The menu includes the Mercadito Torta press sandwich ($12.50 with fries) with a variety of fillings, as well as tacos, ceviches and more.
