Robert Irvine’s Las Vegas restaurant serves decadent chocolate cake

Why chocolate cake would need its own day of commemoration seems like one of life’s enduring mysteries but it has one, and National Chocolate Cake Day is Sunday. That’s an excuse to celebrate, and Robert Irvine’s Public House at the Tropicana is standing by to help. The restaurant’s dark chocolate cake is three dense layers spread with rich chocolate ganache and served with a glass of cold milk, and it’s $10.
