Tucked in the corner of the Centennial Village shopping complex, Lina’s Mexican Restaurant shares an entrance with Lola’s Spirits & Gaming. Lina’s spacious dining room features oversize paintings, floor-to-ceiling windows and several small and family-size booths, all with a great view of television screens and a projector that take center stage on fight nights. Burritos can be served standard, or for $2 more, wet topped in red or green sauce. Seafood dishes are plentiful. The shrimp al mojo de ajo is jumbo shrimp sauteed in a mild garlic sauce. The shrimp al la diabla features jumbo shrimp in a red sauce. Other seafood offerings include ceviche, whole fried fish, a fish soup, a shrimp soup and the Caldo 7 Mares, a soup packed with shrimp, fish, octopus, clams and crab legs. Breakfast dishes range from $5.99 for a breakfast burrito to $8.99 for steak and eggs. Dinner and lunch entrees go from $5.99 for tortas to $12.99 for fajitas or a salmon fillet with rice and vegetables. Tacos can be had for $1.75 each for hard or $2 for soft.
