MTO CAFE TO OPEN IN DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN

MTO Cafe, 500 S. Main St., plans to open its second valley location in Downtown Summerlin this fall.

The new restaurant will be 2,500 square feet with four distinct dining areas, including a dining room, counter, community table and 800-square-foot patio. It is planned to be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

THE GRAMERCY TO OFFER DINING OPTIONS

The Gramercy, 9205-9275 W. Russell Road, which is scheduled to open in phases this fall, is set to offer anchor-space tenants including Alex Stratta, a former Wynn chef offering a new culinary approach on the Italian steakhouse. The 5,300-square-foot restaurant will have a Strip view.

DW Bistro plans to open its second valley location in the lifestyle village, along with a new market concept, DW Market. It will be 8,000 square feet with a courtyard patio. Among the offerings will be grab-and-go meals, a walk-up counter with hot dishes prepared in an open kitchen, a fresh bakery area and a floral boutique.

MADE LV TO OPEN IN TIVOLI VILLAGE AUG. 18

Honey Salt owners Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla plan to open the tavern concept Made LV at Tivoli Village, 420 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 140, Aug. 18.

It will feature a menu of Canteenwalla’s comfort food favorites complemented by Blau’s healthy touch. Signature dishes are set to include small plates such as butcher’s style chicken wings, a Jars section including lentil and chickpea hummus, sandwiches such as pulled barbecue pork, and a Main section including smoked Kansas City-style barbecue ribs and a fish fry with cod, malt vinegar dust, fennel slaw and french fries.

The bar will offer cocktails and craft beers. The 216-seat establishment will include a patio section with television screens.
