Vegas Stripped: Diving with sharks in the middle of the desert — VIDEO

Jack Jewell is the General Shark Curator for Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay.

He plans, coordinates, and evaluates the entire living collection of animals at the aquarium. He supervisors the curators, aquarists, divers, and life support staff.

More important than that, he is passionate about his vision for the aquarium to help save the world’s oceans and adamant that sharks are the animals that will accomplish this goal more than any other sea creature.
