Vegas Stripped: Art campaign represents county’s rape kit backlog — VIDEO

Karoline Khamis is a 5th grade teacher in Las Vegas and also owner of Toyboxx, a “sex positive” boutique and sex education resource store.

One of her main goals, is to spread awareness of the backlog of rape kits in Clark County that go untested.
