THE BEST OF ME: High school sweethearts (Michelle Monaghan, James Marsden) are reunited after 20 years in this romantic drama based on the Nicholas Sparks novel. At multiple locations. (119 min.) PG-13; sexuality, violence, some drug content and brief strong language.

THE BOOK OF LIFE: A dreamer (voiced by Diego Luna) and his best friend (Channing Tatum) vie for the affections of a princess (Zoe Saldana) in this animated tale inspired by Mexico’s Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, holiday. At multiple locations. (95 min.) PG; mild action, rude humor, some thematic elements and brief scary images.

FURY: In April 1945, deep in Nazi Germany, a clerk typist (Logan Lerman) is thrust into a tank crew led by a commander nicknamed Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) in this war drama. At multiple locations. (133 min.) R; strong sequences of war violence, some grisly images, and language throughout.

THE GREEN PRINCE: The true story of the son of a Hamas leader who emerged as one of Israel’s prized informants is told in this documentary from the producers of “Searching for Sugar Man.” At Village Square. (101 min.) PG-13; thematic material and some disturbing images.

PRIDE: Bill Nighy, Dominic West and Imelda Staunton star in this drama inspired by the true story of a London-based group of gay and lesbian activists who, in 1984, raised money for striking mineworkers, only to have their charity rebuffed. At Village Square. (120 min.) R; language and brief sexual content.
