I am proud to say I am an environmentalist. I’ve gone over to desert landscaping, put solar panels on my roof and there is probably an electric car in my future. I support the movement to totally electrify energy production and use. But … they will have to pry my gas kitchen stove from my cold, oven-mitt-clad hands before I use an electric stove.
