LETTER: The issue isn’t necessarily election fraud

People who work very hard at making the case that election fraud is not widespread are missing the point entirely. The fact that election fraud may be exaggerated is not a valid reason to deliberately and intentionally design and implement a chaotic electoral system for which results will be unverifiable, unreliable and cannot be trusted.
