Solar Panel meeting

Rooftop solar groups gathered at the Nevada Public Utilities Commission Friday to protest increased rates that took effect Jan. 1. The rate increase upset thousands who had invested in solar and led to hundreds of job cuts in the once-rapidly growing industry.
