Project Neon’s “Main Event” to cause delays

The Nevada Department of Transportation Thursday announced the third phase of major road closures for “Project Neon,” a $1 billion project to widen and redesign Interstate 15 from the U.S. Highway 95 interchange to Sahara Avenue.
