Police Say Suspect ‘Down’ in Las Vegas Strip Shooting

Police have confirmed at least two people have been killed and 20 have been injured. Metro confirmed that one suspect is “down.” Police scanner traffic reported multiple casualties from the incident and possibly two shooters with automatic weapons. It appeared the shooters were firing down at people from upper-level rooms of Mandalay Bay. Victims have been sent to University Medical Center and Sunrise Hospital Medical Center. Multiple ambulances and police vehicles are on the scene.
Multiple flights, up to 20, have been diverted from McCarran International Airport as of midnight.
