Mother who threw children from window competent to stand trial

Luz Robledo Ibarra, the Las Vegas mother accused of throwing two of her children out of a second-story window, was found competent to stand trial Friday, September 26, 2014. Ibarra faces charges of attempted murder and child abuse with substantial bodily harm.
