Local teen creates makeup line with Make-A-Wish Foundation

The Make-A-Wish Foundation coordinated with ColourPop Cosmetics to allow Delilah Juarez, a cancer survivor, to create her own makeup line for cancer patients of eyeshadows and lipsticks.
