Driver shot at off-duty Las Vegas police officer

Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Jose Hernandez gives a briefing Tuesday night regarding a driver who shot at an off-duty officer. The driver had cut the officer off several times while driving near Interstate 15 on Blue Diamond Road. The man then fired toward the officer, sped away, rear-ended another car and was arrested.
