Tony Hsieh’s Downtown Project has pumped money and foot traffic into Las Vegas’ core. But for the most part, his group isn’t doing anything with a cluster of shuttered motels on Fremont Street. Downtown Project bought the motels not knowing what it would do with them. It has launched redevelopment efforts at the Fergusons.
