University Medical Center issued an internal disaster alert the night of Oct. 1, leading a Clark County dispatcher to tell emergency responders the hospital was “completely out of beds” even though it had the capacity to help more victims of the Las Vegas Strip mass shooting, records obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal show.
