Carr’s Fumble Proves Costly, Swings Game in Favor of Packers – VIDEO

On what looked to be a rushing touchdown, Raiders quarterback Derek Carr fumbled into the endzone during the second quarter of Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers and it was ruled a touchback.
