Bishop Gorman’s baseball team took down Clearfield (Utah) on Thursday, 6-2. Tyler Curtis homered in the first inning to give the Gaels a 2-0 lead. They added three more in the third, and one in the fourth. Parker Aquino threw six innings, allowed two runs, three hits and struck out eight. Gorman improved to 11-2 on the year. Twitter to Host Final Four ‘Watch Parties’ With Live Analysis The social media site will also be hosting Watch Parties for the National Championship Game on Monday. Twitter describes them as a “live social-viewing experience,” comprised of analyst commentary, reactions and highlights. The Final Four Watch Parties will stream live on Twitter starting Saturday, March 31, at 6 p.m. ET to coincide with the first game of the evening — Michigan vs. Loyola Chicago. Following the first game of the night, two, No. 1 seeds battle as Kansas takes on Villanova. TBS is broadcasting Saturday’s semifinals and the April 2 National Championship.

Adidas Signs New York Yankees Star Aaron Judge The slugger is set to
don a new set of stripes this
season after signing with
the apparel company. Aaron Judge Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal includes branding on his batting gloves and wristbands. Judge, the AL’s reigning Rookie of the Year, was previously under contract with Under Armour since 2014. Judge won the American League Rookie of the Year award last season after setting an MLB record for most homers in a rookie season (52).

NBA G League Player Zeke Upshaw Dies After Collapsing on Court Upshaw collapsed on the court near the end of Saturday’s game pitting the Grand Rapids Drive against the Long Island Nets and was taken off the court on a stretcher. Zeke Upshaw’s mother Zeke Upshaw’s mother Upshaw, 26, was a standout player from Chicago before attending Illinois State and later transferring to Hofstra. He played for two seasons overseas before he was drafted by the Drive in the 2016 draft. The Drive family is mourning the tragic loss of Zeke Upshaw. He had a warm personality and was a tremendous representative of our organization both on and off the court. Our thoughts are with all of Zeke’s family and friends during this difficult time.
