Starting Feb. 20, the price to enter Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area will more than double. Car or truck: $15 Motorcycle: $10 On foot, or bicycle: $5 Annual pass: No change at $30 A second fee increase planned by 2023 would up the price to $20 per car, $15 per motorcycle and $8 per bicyclist. Trails and sites along state Route 159 outside the scenic drive will continue to be free of charge.
