Jose Licea, an on-call kitchen worker at Planet Hollywood, arrived at the Thomas and Mack Center with a large American flag and bullhorn, chanting ‘no contract, no peace.’ Licea, who has worked on the Strip for 25 years, says he needs full-time work.
