Flynn the Bichon Frise Wins 2018 Best in Show at Westminster After days of strutting their stuff a winner has been named at the 142nd Westminster Dog Show. Earlier, Flynn won the Non-Sporting Group before turning heads and taking the title of top dog. Ty the giant schnauzer took second place with Reserve Best in Show. The 5 year old Flynn plans to retire after his Westminster win but not before a victory lap!
