Downtown Summerlin designed to create a vibrant, walkable urban core

Downtown Summerlin is part of a planned urban center, which will serve the entire Las Vegas Valley. When complete, it will include retail, entertainment, office, hotel and multi-family residential, all designed to create a vibrant, walkable urban core within the 22,500-acre master planned community of Summerlin. Construction began in the middle of 2013 on the expansive, 106-acre, 1.6 million-square-foot Downtown Summerlin, which represents the first phase in the future downtown.

When complete, Downtown Summerlin will feature more than 125 stores and restaurants in a streetscape-shopping environment with pedestrian thoroughfares and dynamic storefronts in the center of the award-winning Summerlin master planned community.

“Downtown Summerlin will be the ultimate destination for shopping, dining and entertainment in Southern Nevada, and we’re happy to see the excitement about this development building throughout the entire Las Vegas Valley,” said Andrew

Ciarrocchi, Senior General Manager. “Along with our name-brand tenants, new retailers will help us further create a dynamic and engaging experience for the entire community.”

Located approximately 18 miles west of the Las Vegas Strip, just east of the 215 Beltway between Sahara Avenue and Summerlin Centre Drive.

Downtown Summerlin is a smoke-free establishment. Other amenities include more than 6,300 parking spaces, including two parking garages with entrances into Dillard’s and Macy’s. Free valet will be offered at designated locations on the east side of the property near the Dining Arroyo and Regal Cinemas 5. Hours may vary.

Pets are welcome at Downtown Summerlin as it is a pet-friendly property with five pet water-stations and doggie bag dispensers located throughout the common areas.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at Downtown Summerlin.
