Jacob Lasky worked for the Las Vegas Review-Journal from August to October 2018. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in May 2018. Prior to coming to the Review-Journal, he actively freelanced for Desert Companion, the monthly magazine of Nevada Public Radio. He also served as a staff writer, A&E editor, and audience engagement manager for his college newspaper, The Scarlet & Gray Free Press.
