Valentino, Van Acker among four Rebels on all-Mountain West softball squad

UNLV juniors Stefany Valentino and Tayler Van Acker were named to the All-Mountain West softball team for the second time, and freshman catcher Emily Haslinger and junior pitcher Amanda Oliveto were honored for the first time.

Valentino, an outfielder, tied for the league lead in hits (28) in conference games and ranked third in batting average (.452). Van Acker, a first baseman, ranked 10th in league games with a .388 batting average.
