Pre-race action at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for Kobalt 400 — PHOTOS

Here’s what was happening at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway ahead of the Kobalt 400 race on Sunday. The Kobalt 400 is NASCAR’s third stop in the 2017 Monster Energy Cup Series.

Martin Truex Jr. won the race after leading most of the day. Pole-sitter Brad Keselowski briefly held the lead near the end before falling back to fifth place. Kyle Larson finished second, followed by Chase Elliott and Joey Logano. Kyle Busch finished 22nd after a brush with Logano. Kurt Busch finished 30th.
