UFC’s Clark: Training with Tate has pushed me beyond my limits

After being out for 17 months, UFC’s Heather Clark returns to the octagon with more confidence than ever. The strawweight fighter credits her Xtreme Couture coaches and training partners, like UFC champ Miesha Tate, for building her mental strength and her skill set.

Clark will face Poland’s undefeated Karolina Kowalkiewicz on May 8th at UFC Fight Night 89 in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
