UFC star Nelson shows humorous side in Bieber parody video

Ultimate Fighting Championship welterweight contender Gunnar Nelson is about as stoic as it gets when he’s competing in the cage.

Fans often joke about how the expression on his face never changes whether he’s in complete control of a fight or getting his face punched repeatedly on the mat.

Apparently, it just takes a camera and a Justin Bieber song to change all of that.

Nelson, whose laid-back demeanor is a stark contrast to his friend and training partner Conor McGregor, helped set social media ablaze with his appearance in a lip-synched music video.

The fighters at his home gym, Mjolnir MMA in Iceland, delivered a humorous parody of the Bieber hit, “Sorry.”

It stars members of the gym and was produced as entertainment for a party at the facility. It was a big hit, so someone determined the world needed to see it.

That worked out well for everyone.

Nelson is seen throughout in the yellow jacket. After this performance, is there any doubt he will soon follow fellow UFC star Paige Van Zant on to “Dancing With The Stars?”
