MMA Videos of the Week: Jones speaks out for first time since reinstatement

Each Tuesday, we try to find the best mixed martial arts-related videos around the web and compile them here in one convenient place for your viewing pleasure.

Typically, those will be quick-hitting and entertaining because quite frankly, this is the internet and that’s what works.

Today is a bit different. Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com has the first extensive interview with former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones.

It’s more than an hour long, but it’s well worth your time. Jones discusses exactly what transpired the night before he was involved in a hit-and-run crash that led to criminal charges and an indefinite suspension from the UFC, as well as what it felt like to have his title stripped as a result.

Alright, we’ve got a more light-hearted selection for you, as well. New women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm appeared on “Live with Kelly and Michael.” Holm re-enacted the kick that ended Ronda Rousey’s title reign.
