‘Cyborg’ returns to muay Thai on Hard Rock card

Mixed martial arts star Cris “Cyborg” Justino returns to muay Thai kickboxing on the Lion Fight 14 card tonight at Hard Rock Hotel.

Justino will fight Jorina Baars for the Lion Fight women’s welterweight title at 145 pounds. She plans to progressively work her way down to 135 pounds in an effort to get a UFC deal and eventually fight Ronda Rousey.

In the main event, Gregory Choplin will fight Marco Pique.

The main card begins at 7 p.m. and will air live on AXS-TV.

UFC reaches $375M settlement in class-action lawsuit

The UFC reached another settlement with one of the two class-action litigants, agreeing Thursday to pay the former fighters $375 million after a previous agreement was thrown out by a Nevada district judge.
