Jimmy Fallon and puppies predicted who will win March Madness
If you don’t want to wait to see who will win this year’s NCAA tournament, you’re in luck. Jimmy Fallon figured it out for everyone.
But he had some help — “The Tonight Show’s” secret weapon.
Cue the puppies.
Fallon and his team welcomed seven puppies to the show Tuesday night to help determine which team — Kentucky, Wisconsin, Michigan State or Duke — will be crowned this year’s national champion.
The puppies determined the winner by choosing which bowl of kibble they preferred.
Spoiler alert! It was Michigan State’s bowl.
And if that actually happens, Derek Stevens, the owner of D Las Vegas, will take home some serious cash — $1 million to be exact — after placing a $20,000 bet at the Golden Nugget in December for Michigan State to go all the way.
The Final Four takes place this weekend. The Kentucky Wildcats face the Wisconsin Badgers and the Michigan State Spartans face the Duke Blue Devils on Saturday. The winners of those two games will advance to the national championship on Monday.
