INTERNET ONLY: Peeples stars in Aggies’ girls soccer victory

Erica Peeples had two goals and an assist to carry Arbor View to a 4-1 home victory over Palo Verde in girls soccer Saturday.

Stacey Brinkman added a goal and an assist, and Dakota Olson scored the Aggies’ other goal.

Alyssa Kleiner scored for the Panthers.

Sierra Vista 2, Clark 0 — At Clark, Marissa McGinn and Christen Parr scored in the second half to lift the Lions over the Chargers.

Chaparral 1, Canyon Springs 0 — At Canyon Springs, Linsey Garn’s first-half goal turned out to be the winner for the Cowboys.

Valley 3, Eldorado 0 — At Valley, Isamar Almada-Leyva and Mandy Lopez each had a goal and an assist to lead the Vikings past the Sundevils.

Natalie DeLeon also scored for Valley.

Bonanza 4, Western 0 — At Bonanza, Callie Horn and Sierra Borelli each scored twice to lead the Bengals.

Goalkeeper Michelle Brewer recorded the shutout.

Rancho 1, Las Vegas 0 — At Rancho, Lexa Green scored midway through the second half to give the Rams the win.

Bishop Gorman 4, Durango 0 — At Bettye Wilson Park, Megan Wasiak scored twice to lead the Gaels over the Trailblazers.

Mariah Hobbs and Christen Garcia each added a goal, and goalkeeper Alle Zaher had the shutout.
