INTERNET ONLY: BONANZA SWEEPS MOJAVE IN GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

Alivia Halverson served eight of Bonanza’s 27 aces as the Bengals defeated host Mojave 25-19, 25-12, 25-6 on Wednesday.

Halverson added two kills, and Alison Simons had three blocks and four aces for Bonanza.

At Basic, the Wolves rolled past Boulder City 25-16, 25-15, 25-17.

Basic’s Molly Everson had five kills and four aces, and teammate Caitlyn Gilmour added four blocks and four kills.

At Shadow Ridge, Brittany Meyer had 31 assists and Taylor Warburton 11 kills to lead the Mustangs to a 26-24, 25-13, 25-22 win over Spring Valley.

Kylee Schraft added 10 kills for Shadow Ridge. Kylie Higgins had 15 digs for the Grizzlies.

At Desert Pines, Kadie Miller served 21 aces to lead Del Sol to a 25-15, 25-9, 25-11 win over the Jaguars.

Miller added 10 assists, and Bryanna Chavez had eight kills and two blocks.

At Legacy, Samantha Gorz had 32 digs, and teammate Kaha’i Polvado added 25 assists as the Longhorns defeated Canyon Springs 25-17, 25-22, 9-25, 25-27, 15-9.

At Eldorado, Myranda Mortel had 19 assists and six aces as Foothill downed the Sundevils 25-11, 25-23, 27-29, 25-23.

Kara Brant added nine kills for the Falcons, Jessica Stevenson had seven kills and four aces, and Courtney Welch added seven kills and three aces.

Candace Keele had 15 assists and eight aces for the Sundevils. Sarah Childs added eight kills and four aces for Eldorado.

At Western, Tech rallied for an 18-25, 22-25, 25-17, 27-25, 15-3 win over the Warriors.

Carla Chiron had nine kills, four blocks and four aces for Tech. Carissa Molina added six aces, and Noemi Diaz had eight assists.

At Silverado, the Skyhawks rallied for a 17-25, 18-25, 25-21, 25-21, 15-11 win over Sierra Vista.

Marilyn Agae had 36 assists and three aces for Silverado. Taylor Richard added 11 kills and 22 digs, and Kaitlin Keathley had six kills and three blocks.

Jessica Mojica had 40 assists for the Mountain Lions. Brianna Mason added 18 kills, and Brianna Tolliver had 11 kills.

At Las Vegas, Green Valley defeated the Wildcats 25-9, 24-26, 25-20, 25-5.

Jennifer Gliddon had three kills and five digs for Las Vegas.
