Gronk, Kaepernick, Julio Jones, more star in wild ‘Madden’ movie trailer

EA Sports released a faux, over-the-top trailer for “Madden: The Movie” on Friday to help promote its Madden NFL 16 video game, which comes out Tuesday.

The video, which is bizarre but entertaining, is akin to a preview for an action-adventure blockbuster and features actors Dave Franco and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (aka McLovin). The cast also features Rob Gronkowski as Half-Top, Julio Jones as Trick Montalban, Antonio Brown as Sticky Bun, Rex Ryan as Lil’ Pepper and our personal favorite, Colin Kaepernick as Al Pacino from “Scent of a Woman.”
