The Raiders faced a 1 p.m. Tuesday deadline to decide whether to use the franchise tag on star running back Josh Jacobs and had been in discussions on a new contract.
There’s a new twist to the pregame activities this season at Raiders game, the Modelo Tailgate Zone. It’s located across Hacienda Avenue on the north side of the stadium.
To celebrate hosting the NFL draft, the Raiders along with Clark County Commission Chairman Jim Gibson and Clark County Commissioner Michael Naft are turning the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign silver and black.
