Class 4A
1. Bishop Gorman (3-2, Last week 1) — Now that league play has started, will the Gaels trail again this season?
2. Liberty (3-1, LW 2) — The winner of Thursday’s game against Green Valley will have a huge leg up on the Southeast League.
3. Arbor View (4-0, LW 3) — If Shadow Ridge couldn’t slow down the Aggies, can anyone?
4. Green Valley (4-0, LW 4) — The Gators look to upset seven-time-defending Sunrise Region champion Liberty.
5. Foothill (4-0, LW 5) — The undefeated Falcons look to start league play with a win against Coronado.
Class 3A
1. Desert Pines (1-2, LW 1) — The Jaguars make the long drive to Pahrump to start their Sunset League schedule.
2. Chaparral (4-1, LW 2) — TyRay Collins is proving to be one of the best players in Class 3A.
3. Mojave (3-1, LW 3) — Idle last week, the Rattlers host Sunrise Mountain to open Sunset League play.
4. Moapa Valley (3-1, LW 4) — The Pirates host Class 4A Las Vegas on Thursday.
5. Virgin Valley (3-2, LW unranked) — The Bulldogs re-enter the rankings after knocking off Sunrise Mountain.
Class 2A
1. Needles (4-0, LW 1) — The Mustangs have not allowed a point in 101 minutes, 4 seconds of game time.
2. Lincoln County (3-2, LW 2) — The Lynx head home for the first time since Sept. 1 when they host Laughlin.
3. Lake Mead (2-1, LW 3) — The Eagles won big against Laughlin last week.
4. Democracy Prep (2-1, LW 4) — The Blue Knights have their biggest challenge of the year when they host Needles.
5. The Meadows (1-3, LW 5) — The Mustangs host Mountain View on Thursday.
Class 1A
1. Pahrangat Valley (4-0, LW 1) — The Panthers are 100 wins away from tying their own national record.
2. Spring Mountain (3-1, LW 2) — The Golden Eagles are idle after shutting out Indian Springs.
3. Beatty (3-0, LW 3) — The Hornets look to improve to 4-0 when they visit Indian Springs.
4. Tonopah (2-2, LW 4) — The Muckers have a chance for the biggest upset of the season when they host Pahranagat Valley.
5. Indian Springs (1-3, LW 5) — The Thunderbirds are back home this week after two road games.
